Milwaukee Marathon

Since being established in 1980 the Milwaukee Marathon has attracted thousands of running enthusiasts to the "Badger State" of Wisconsin. The race will take you on a refreshing run along Lake Michigan, starting in the small town of Grafton at the Grafton High School taking you all the way to Veterans Park in Milwaukee. Apart from the marathon there are also several other events going on at the same time, for example the Community Unity where people run or walk and take in the atmosphere while at the same time donating money to charity. It is truly a great way of experiencing the friendliness of the people of Milwaukee, so if you are not planning on running the marathon, the Community Unity is a must!
