Miami Marathon

In January every year, over 25.000 people gather at the beautiful coast of Miami to compete in the annual Miami Marathon. The start is on Biscayne Boulevard where you make your way over the MacArthur Causeway to Miami Beach. After seeing the famous beach island you will run over the Venetian Causeway and pass the amazing artificial islands. While this is no time for a picnic, you can make note of the island without residents as that one is the picnic island, which we definitely recommend that you return to after the race is done. You finish the race by running along the Miami coastline and finishing in Bayfront Park. If you are looking for a marathon in the sun, despite it being January, this is one you shouldn't miss!
