Things to do in United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Travel to United Arab Emirates (UAE)

United Arab Emirates (‘UAE’, or sometimes just ‘Emirates’) is made up of 7 different emirates. Each emirate has its own sheikh, or, king. The most popular, well known emirates when you travel to United Arab Emirates are Dubai and Abu Dhabi.  The synonymously named cities are extremely wealthy (oil) and filled with outrageous buildings that make for a spectacular skyline and venues- indoor mountains for skiing, islands in the shape of palm trees that are viewable from space. Plans are in action to build a spaceport for aircraft to take passengers into space. (They can photograph the pretty palm shape island.) If Disney created a real life future world, the UAE would probably outdo his designs. Not quite the land of excess, being a nation of predominantly Islamic persuasion, alcohol and risqué media are off limits in many cases. You can however buy alcohol in many hotels and often that rule goes less enforced than many others.

Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi is the seat of the President of the United Arab Emirates, as well as for the United Arab Emirates Government, and where the Emirati Royal Family lives. It is capital of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal capital of the United Arab Emirates and like in all Emirates there are a lot of things to do in Abu Dhabi during a vacation in the emirate.
