The warmest months are July through September while the coolest are December to January. The driest months are January to April, but infrequent rains can also fall during these months. The months of May through October are the wettest times of the year.
Weather wise, November to March is the best time to visit Santo Domingo while April to July is the time when most festivals happen in the city.
