UNESCO World Heritage Sites San Francisco - Redwood National and State Parks

Situated north of San Francisco, the Redwood National Park is a region of coastal mountains famous for their redwood forest, a type of forest that has existed for over 160 million years but is now confined to the wet regions of the west coast of North America. San Francisco Marathons

The North Face Endurance Challenge California is a marathon where you run overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and if you’re lucky you can even get a glimpse of the Golden Gate Bridge. Most of the course has run- able fire road and there is only very little technical single track. The San Francisco Marathon offers you a total of 5 different races and in this marathon course you actually cross the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. Apart from that, you also pass the Presidio of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Park.

If you go by car, you can reach many golf courses in the area surrounding San Francisco. If want to stay in the city, there are options too! The best courses are the Lincoln Park Golf Club and the Presidio Golf Club.
