Monterrey Marathon

Since being established in 2005, the Monterrey Marathon has been a great tradition in the Mexican city of Monterrey. The event is held in the month of December as the temperature in Monterrey gets too hot in the spring and summer. People that have run the marathon witness that the crowd is spectacular, cheering as if they are your relatives and that the course is very dynamic with a couple of hills and valleys. One thing to keep in mind is that it can be hard to make yourself understood with English, so learning a little bit of Spanish before you go might be a good idea!
