It is beautiful at any time of year, just make sure you are prepared for the season during which you will be traveling. October generally is the time of the year with the most rain, which keeps the jungle so lush, so be sure to bring waterproof gear. The winter months do offer chilly temperatures, so do not make the mistake of bringing “tropical” clothing if you plan a winter visit.
