Fiji has very mild weather and is warm all year round although the country technically has a warm season and a cool season. Even in the cool season, the average temperature is 22 °C (72 °F) in July. Summertime happens in December and January and usually gets more rainfall. If you visit during these months, bring along an umbrella and waterproof boots.
There are always a lot of fun things to do in Fiji but especially Christmas, Easter, and other major holidays are a busy time for tourists. If you plan to visit Fiji during one of its holiday celebrations, make sure you book your accommodations early.
